805 College Street is a 3 storey apartment building with both interior and exterior 1930’s art-deco influences seen in its cast concrete decorative elements and interior finishes. Our work thus far has involved periodic repair, restoration and renewal of exterior masonry, windows, and interior finishes. This work was completed during my time with Giaimo + Associates Architects in Toronto, Ontario.
